Listen to Life, Listen to your Heart, Listen for Peace

It’s amazing what happens when you start to listen to life. Life is always talking to us; most of us just don’t listen. I thought I was a good listener and I was ok, but I wasn’t a good listener. I for sure wasn’t a great listener.

I figured out that listening is directly related to peace. The more you listen to life, the more peace you will have in your life. Life is always talking to us, were so busy trying to survive life, that we don’t have time to listen to life. Listening = Peace, remember that.

Listening to life means listening to what’s occurring to you at every moment and accepting it as it is. Don’t add anything to it. Listen to life, as it is, not how you see it. When you listen to life as it is, you realize that you don’t know much about life. When you listen to life as you see it, you’re an expert on people places and things.

When you feel like you know everything, you know how people think and feel, you know what’s best for others, you’re listening to yourself. You’re not listening to life. When your listening to yourself you tend to feel like something is being done to you or about to be done to you. When your listening to life you feel there is always something to do for someone else. When your listening to yourself you feel your struggle, your worries and your personal pains. When your listening to the world you feel what everyone is experiencing and you feel less alone.

When you listen to life, life supports you. When you listen to you, you support you. When you listen to Life, Life guides you. When you listen to You, You guide you. When you listen to Life, Life happens to you. When you listen to You, You happen to life.

One of the easiest ways to listen to life is to listen to your heart. The HEART DON’T LIE. Your mind will tell you anything to protect itself. Your heart is the truest representation of how you really feel. You heart actually is where the brain gets it orders.

Perfect example is to what lengths people go to avoid being hurt again. We imagine hurt almost as bad as death. People will change and create some many things to avoid being hurt. If you stop to think about it for a minuet you can see so much of what drives us is our fear of being hurt. Hurt occurs in the heart and the brain interprets it and tells the rest of the body what to do. The brain is doing everything it does to protect the heart body and mostly the heart.

When you listen to your heart truly, you experience very little pain. When you listen to your mind you will suffer. Your mind want to live (survive), Your heart wants to Love. The heart is self-healing; you don’t have to protect it.

Listen to your Heart, Listen to Life and allow more Peace into your Life. Just listen to everything and everyone all the time, and you will find peace and love everywhere.
